What you buy

A licence to use the Leadyol software, delivered as a download. The full licence text is in LICENSE.txt inside the download. In short:

• Standard: one business, the licence key works on 2 computers at a time. Keep “Powered by Leadyol” visible; don't redistribute the code.
• Agency: build and deliver lists for unlimited clients, the key works on 10 computers at a time, rebrand the app and exports, hide “Powered by Leadyol”. You may not resell or publish the source code itself.
• Setup service: a 30-minute video-call session to install Leadyol, build your first list with you and set your branding. You choose the time yourself right after payment, from the link in your receipt e-mail (leadyol.tr/book.html); the call takes place within 10 days of payment, or later if you prefer.

Who sells Leadyol

Leadyol is sold by Afrikyol, LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company. Prices are in US dollars and paid once (no subscription, no automatic charge). Card payments are processed by Stripe; your receipt comes from Stripe and your bank statement shows “AFRIKYOL* LEADYOL”. The licence key and download link are e-mailed automatically after payment. Orders placed by WhatsApp or e-mail are paid against an invoice.

Your licence key

Your key unlocks real data in the app (demo mode works without one). Each computer is activated with the key, which checks it online with our licence server now and then; it keeps working offline for 30 days. To move it, use “Remove from this computer” in the app first. A refunded licence stops working.

Free trial

You can try Leadyol free for 7 days on 1 computer, with real data: 10 searches and 5 website-contact runs. No card is needed, and there is one trial per e-mail address. When the trial ends, real searches stop and demo mode keeps working. If you buy with the same e-mail address, your trial key becomes your full licence and your lists stay.

A Windows, macOS or Linux computer and an internet connection.

Data sources

Business listings come from open datasets: Overture Maps Foundation (CDLA-Permissive-2.0), Foursquare Open Source Places (Apache 2.0) and OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL). Exports keep the source credit these licences require. How complete the data is varies by country and industry, and listings may be out of date; we don't guarantee a number of results.

Refunds: 14-day money-back guarantee

Not happy for any reason? Write to us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full, to the card you paid with. No questions asked. A refunded licence stops working. The done-for-you setup is refunded in full until the setup session has taken place.

Updates and support

Bug-fix updates for version 1.x are included. Support is by e-mail, in English, French or Turkish, on business days.

Acceptable use

Leadyol is for business-to-business prospecting. You must follow the privacy and marketing laws that apply to you and to the people you contact (such as GDPR, the UK PECR, CAN-SPAM, KVKK), honour every opt-out, and not use the lists for spam, harassment, deception or bulk messaging to people who did not agree to it, including on WhatsApp. Reselling lists as a database product is not allowed. Breaking these rules ends the licence.

Leadyol is independent software and is not affiliated with Google, Meta, Foursquare or the Overture Maps Foundation. All trademarks belong to their owners.
